You get a clear scope, a fixed price, and a milestone payment schedule—never a large upfront deposit. Changes only happen through a written change order you approve first.
3. Permits handled for you
Chicago-area permits and inspections are on us. You never chase the village or the city.
4. Build with a dedicated project lead
One person owns your project and keeps you updated on a set cadence. Daily cleanup, floors protected, no surprises.
5. Walkthrough & workmanship warranty
We do a final walkthrough together and stand behind the work in writing after we leave.
