Ask someone about their last major remodel. Does the story start with the finished kitchen? Almost never. It starts with the three weeks nobody returned a call. The change order that arrived without explanation. The Tuesday the crew didn't come. And the Wednesday nobody could say why.
A renovation is one of the largest investments a family will ever make, and homeowners still hand over their keys, live in the dust, and rearrange daily life around a schedule they do not control. In exchange, the thing they most often get back is uncertainty.

Fifteen years spent on the homeowner's side of the table. A remodel is never just a construction transaction. It's someone's home, savings, calendar, and daily routine, all at once.
Individually, each partner was very good at one thing. What they kept noticing was how rarely all four showed up on the same project.
